In the conventional remote sensing supervised classification, training information and classification result are represented in a one-pixel-one-class method. Fuzzy methods have been widely applied in image classification, which are believed to be more appropriate for handling uncertainty and mixed pixels in remote sensing. Also recent researches show that using neighborhood information with spectral information lead to higher accuracy in classification. Due to the dependence on initial classifier,the use of neighborhood information in the post processing of classification results is one of the reasons for its use in this research. Connectivity rules in fuzzy topological space are one of methods for using neighborhood information in post processing step. In case of using more than one classifier, it is possible to integrate the results. In this research two methods have been proposed for spatial integration results by using connectivity rules in fuzzy topological space. In first method, one of the two classifiers will be based and in second method, only pixels that are classified in the same manner in both and simultaneously not boundary pixel, will keep their own labels in final image. The results show that first method Provides better accuracy compared with second method and generally accuracy is improved when spatial integration results is used in compare with using only one classifier. The maximum overall accuracy and overall kappa values are obtained respectively 89.01 and 88.98 when maximum likelihood classifier is based in first method.  Keywords: Fuzzy Classification, Fuzzy Topological Space, Integration, Connectivity Rules. }, keywords = {}, title_fa = {تلفیق نتایج چند طبقه‏بندی‏کنندة فازی با استفاده از قوانین اتصال در فضای توپولوژی فازی}, abstract_fa = {طبقه‏بندی، تکنیکی در تحلیل تصاویر سنجش از دور است که به‌طور وسیع در کاربرد‏های مختلف استفاده می‏شود. در روش‏های طبقه‏بندی نظارت‏شدة سنتی، اطلاعات آموزشی و نتایج طبقه‏بندی مبتنی بر اصل «هر پیکسل-یک کلاس» نمایش داده می‏شوند. در مواردی که عدم‌اطمینان و پیکسل‏های مختلط در سنجش از دور وجود دارد، استفاده از روش‏های فازی توصیه می‏شود. مطالعات اخیر نشان می‏دهند که استفاده از اطلاعات مجاورت به‌همراه اطلاعات طیفی می‏تواند به صحت بالاتری در طبقه‏بندی بینجامد. استفاده از اطلاعات مجاورت در پس‏پردازش نتایج طبقه‏بندی به‌دلیل وابستگی‌نداشتن به طبقه‏بندی‏کنندة اولیه از دلایل استفاده از آن در پژوهش حاضر است. قوانین اتصال در فضای توپولوژی فازی یکی از روش‏های استفاده از اطلاعات مجاورت در بخش پس‏پردازش است. درصورتی‌که از بیش از دو طبقه‏بندی‏کننده استفاده شود، می‏توان امکان تلفیق نتایج را بررسی کرد. در این پژوهش برای تلفیق مکانی نتایج با استفاده از قوانین اتصال در فضای توپولوژی فازی، دو راهکار پیشنهاد شده است. در راهکار نخست، یکی از دو طبقه‏بندی‏کننده مبنای تلفیق قرار می‏گیرد و در راهکار دوم فقط پیکسل‏هایی که در هر دو روش طبقه‌بندی، به‌صورت یکسان طبقه‏بندی شده‏اند و هم‌زمان پیکسل محدوده نیستند، در تصویر نهایی برچسب خود را حفظ می‏کنند. نتایج نشان می‏دهند که راهکار نخست درمقایسه با راهکار دوم دقت بهتری را به‌دست می‌دهد. بیشترین مقادیر صحت کلی و کاپای کلی به‌دست‌آمده مربوط به زمانی است که روش طبقه‏بندیِ بیشترین شباهت در راهکار نخست تلفیق مکانی مبنا قرار می‏گیرد و به‌ترتیب 01/89 و 98/88 هستند. به‌طور کلی، تلفیق مکانی نتایج درمقایسه با وضعیتی که فقط از یک طبقه‏بندی‏کننده استفاده شود، دقت را بهبود می‏دهد. کلید‌واژه‌ها: طبقه‏بندی فازی، فضای توپولوژی فازی، تلفیق، قوانین اتصال}, keywords_fa = {طبقه‏بندی فازی,فضای توپولوژی فازی,تلفیق,قوانین اتصال}, url = {https://gisj.sbu.ac.ir/article_95745.html}, eprint = {https://gisj.sbu.ac.ir/article_95745_3b945743c81b8a7d9e98ca97ce48b78d.pdf} }
