Abstract

Worn-out textures have changed the quality of life and health in the city of Zanjan. So that, We are We see issues and problems, including the vulnerability and instability of the areas, Improper access to municipal services, Financial problems and subsistence and social issues and anomalies, reducing the sense of place, Social Security and reducing trust and social cohesion and it can be said that So far, the approaches of comprehensive plans and preferential have not been able to provide a good perspective to organize these textures from the city of Zanjan. Which made this issue necessary the need to identify worn-out textures and providing optimal strategies to organize in areas from the city of Zanjan. In this regard; the research is now done with the aim of identifying identifying of urban worn-out Textures from the city of Zanjan and providing organizational solutions in the worn-out textures and its prioritization and this research is in progress to identify urban worn-out textures from the remote sensing method also to express the consequences of worn-out textures from the model (driving force - pressure - condition - effect - response) and to express the preference of organizing solutions in worn-out textures, Determining the weight of each solution and finally compatibility check from the preferred method (best – worst) and has also been used from the geographic information system to express numerical calculations and display map. Used in this research from Landsat satellite images to identify worn-out textures from the city of Zanjan on December 8, 2019

Used in this research of two ways in image analysis from ENVI environment; Emissivity command and calculating the normalized vegetation cover index and emissivity refrence Chanel to calculate the temperature from the city of Zanjan. The results of the survey of the surface temperature of the earth have shown which using two commands Emissivity and Emissivity refrence Chanel Zanjan city is divided into 5 classes in terms of worn-out texture in which the first class was in accordance with the initial nuclei of the city by recording the lowest temperature It represents the most worn-out part of the city and this class includes, 9.6 percent of the area of the city but the second class is placed, in second place In terms of worn-out texture. It includes 10 percent of the area of the city and it is becoming a worn-out texture and it can be said that it includes. In total, 19.7 to 19.8 percent of the area. Also, organizing strategies were determined in worn-out texture Out of 5 factors (stimulus, pressure, situation, effect and response) Using the Dpsir model. It is necessary to mention the specified solutions were selected according to the investigations and using the tested sample (experts specializing in urban affairs) expertly oriented 20 people and by the snowball method in fact, it can be said that the following solutions were selected; as response components and organizing solutions widening the roads, improving tissue cleanliness, attention to the issue of citizens' participation in the process of organizing tissues, Reconstruction of worn-out textures, attention to the security and comfort of citizens, regeneration of urban worn-out textures with the aim of economic prosperity, pursuing smart urban growth policies, accurate identification of areas that are becoming worn out tissues and preventive measures, increase in population density, Creating trust, commitment and belonging. In the end, the answers given will be prioritized to intervene in worn-out textures by Bwm method and the results showed that the participation of citizens was a higher priority in the organizing process and it can be said that it has been recognized as high priority citizen participation regeneration of worn-out textures emphasizing the economic aspect, identifying the areas exposed to wear indicators respectively first to third priority And it has also had a lower priority And the lowest rank Compared to other solutions Improve tissue cleanliness Regeneration of worn-out textures and increasing population density. In the end, suggestions were also given to organize as much as possible in worn-out textures from the city of Zanjan
